Ordering

How To Order

All jewellery can be securely purchased through this website, simply browse the website and click 'order' on any product that you wish to buy. When you have selected all you need, just go to your shopping bag  and from there, 'checkout'. You will be prompted to log in, if you are not already. If you don't already have one, you can then create an account - then just follow the instructions, and you're done.

Dispatch & Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours for most items, but bespoke designs will take a bit longer. Even so, these are normally completed within three or four days, but in all cases I'll get back to you within 48hrs of your initial order to advise. If your order is made up of several items then I'll hold off from shipping until all items are complete and dispatch everything together - unless you request otherwise.

Packaging

All my jewellery arrives beautifully packaged, suitable for giving as a present.

Payment

I can currently only accept payments made via Paypal.  If you'd like to make payments using any other method, please email me or use the contacts page to send me a message.  Once your order has been placed an email is sent to you immediately, but is marked as Pending until payment is received. No items will be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

Delivery

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail special delivery  which ensures that your parcel is track-able and insured. This method is guaranteed by 1pm the next day after dispatch and requires a signature before delivery is complete. International orders are sent using recorded airmail - which can be tracked.  Parcels usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days. Orders shipping outside of the EU must have a customs form attached which will clearly state the contents and value. It is your responsibility to pay any additional local fees or taxes.

Returns

I'm sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. Any problems with orders should be reported, by email, within 7 days. Please do not return any items until you have received a Return Authorisation Number and instructions. Refund will be less postage costs. Some jewellery can be resized, there may be a small fee to pay for this. If you are unsure of anything, please ask prior to purchase. Note that earrings are non-returnable, unless defective, for reasons of hygene.

Privacy Policy

I am committed to protecting your privacy.
I will only use the information that I collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
I collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
I will not, under any circumstances, pass on your details to any third party.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:  your name, address, phone number,email address.
Any information we hold will be as accurate and up to date as when it was last provided by yourself. We will not check it against commercially available data sources, so I will not add to your details ourselves, at any stage. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you wish  to delete or update it, I will do that for you promptly. The personal information which I hold will be held securely in accordance with internal security policy and the law.
I may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening.
